We verify your order by communicating with you by email and or by phone before beginning any service to eliminate fraud orders. We send real people to see your website, and they have rights. For that reason, we must set guidelines as to what they will see when they get there as we are responsible for these viewers. MarketMechanic.com does not accept ads or websites that contain, provide, or link to content that is not appropriate for viewing by a general viewing audience. The following are examples (including but not limited to) of the type of sites we will not deliver visitors to:
 - Sites with pornography, adult content, sexual or erotic material or sites that contain links to such content (ADULT Orders are HERE)
 - Sites containing or linking to software piracy or facilitate illegal or legally questionable activities such as pirating, hacking and spamming
 - Sites containing or linking to any form of illegal activity (i.e., how to build a bomb, hacking, 'phreaking', etc.)
 - Sites with displays of violence, obscene or vulgar language, and abusive content or content which endorses or threatens physical harm
 - Sites promoting any type of hate (i.e., racial, political, ethnic, religious, gender-based, sexuality-based or personal, etc.)
 - Sites that participate in or transmit inappropriate newsgroup postings or unsolicited e-mail (spam)
 - Sites promoting any type of illegal substance or paraphernalia or activity sites with illegal, false or deceptive investment advice and money-making opportunities
 - Sites with any type of content reasonable public consensus deems to be improper or inappropriate

Page Code / Behavior
 - Your Advertisement Page can not contain any other popup windows. Any additional window generated by your site shall be considered a popup window, including popups, pop-behinds, or exit popups windows. If a popup window is installed on the URL at any time, we may stop the campaign and you will not be entitled to a refund.
 - Your Advertisement Page can not contain scripts that alter users browser settings
 - Your Advertisement Page can not contain any frame breaking codes.

Changes to your site during our service
If your site is changed during the campaign such that it violates any of the above, we hold the right to stop your campaign immediately. In this event, depending on the infraction and at our sole discretion, you may or may not receive a refund.

Do you guarantee that I will get sales or leads from your visitors?
We can not, no one can, and we do not make that claim. There are far too many outside factors for us to be able to guarantee any level of success. We have no control over your website, your product, your prices, your competition, your product presentation, etc... We guarantee delivery, but can not further influence the actions of visitors to your site once they see it.

Is MarketMechanic's instant traffic better than that offered at other traffic sites?

Answer: We think it's better and for several main reasons
1.) Customer support! We have it, they don't. We will do everything we can, above and beyond what is expected, to help you.
2.) Higher quality traffic than most other services can offer. Real visitors, targeted by category, and location, actually viewing your website.
3.) Any service that beats our rates is likely sending untargeted visitors that may not be interested in or even read the language of your site.
4.) Lower price than most services can offer. We offer even cheaper traffic "reFills" for return customers and large orders.
5.) More flexibility and control of your traffic than most places can offer (see more on this below).

I've just ordered, when will my campaign start?
Your campaign should go live within 12 to 48 hours of your order and verification process. When we receive your order, we will first email you with a request for additional information that will help us to confirm your order. We may even call you prior to starting work if there are any indicators of a fraudulent order. In our industry, we receive a lot of these! However, this is all done right away and in most cases we can get you started on the same or next business day. You will receive an email with log in information.

Is your traffic unique?
Yes, the traffic that we deliver is at least 24 hour unique. 24 hour unique means that every visitor we send to your website within a 24 hour period will be totally unique, no repeat visitors will be counted as traffic.

How can I make my campaign more effective?
Optimize your site to make it load quickly and/or design a page that not only loads quickly, but makes use of things such as special offers, good color schemes, etc.  Anything that may appeal to your target audience at first glance. They say you only have one chance to make a first impression... the same is especially true for this type of website traffic.

How long will my campaign run?
It depends on the number of visitors that you order. We initially set the limit so that your traffic delivers in 30 days or less. We can fairly consistently deliver orders of up to 500,000 visitors in a 30 day period, and larger orders upon prior notice. If you plan to order in excess of 500,000 visitors, please talk to us first for bulk pricing discount and to establish a delivery rate. Please also talk to us for custom campaigns of any size that require faster or slower delivery than usual. We can meet your needs and beat any competitors price.

How can you possibly deliver so many visitors to my site and others?
Answer:  First, we have access to not one, not two, not even three, but four major traffic networks. That is likely 3 more than our competitors. It has taken us more than a decade in this industry to establish a group of networks of this magnitude. These are networks of many hundreds of thousands of websites just like yours, grouped carefully by content categories, that have agreed to allow us to place your related ad when their own website is viewed. And, we own two mid-sized search engines (MidQuest.com & LookEngine.com0 from which we can deliver traffic when needed. Even with this, we do still occasionally have shortages when demand for a certain type of visitors exceeds our supply. If we foresee a shortage, we will inform you upon ordering that your traffic may deliver slowly and will ask you to choose a new category or geo-target, or offer you a full refund.

What if my server goes down?
In the occurrence of a server outage, planned down time, or some other problem, you can always just put your campaign on pause until the problem is fixed. If you place a large traffic order, please remember that we are sending real visitors here and many thousands of visitors suddenly reaching your website can put stress on your server. Be sure that your server can handle it and know that we are not liable for changes in your site's bandwidth usage.

How cost effective is this compared to other targeted traffic forms?
Answer:  VERY! We all know that search engine traffic is probably the best quality. But, it's difficult and slow to get as well as expensive. Lets compare a "pay-per-click visitor" from Google or Yahoo to your site with one of our targeted visitors to your site: If you have ever used a pay-per-click method for traffic you will know that it can be a decent way to get targeted visitors fairly quickly, but you have to outbid the competition. You basically bid a certain amount, then pay that amount when someone clicks to your site. Average bids are anywhere from 10 cents per click, all the way up to several dollars per visitor! How targeted is your traffic; what categories can I choose from?
Answer: Our traffic is extremely targeted because it comes from other websites that are very related to  your own. We classify each of the websites in our traffic network into specific interest areas and then only show your ad on the highly related sites that are within your chosen interest group (Beauty, Business, Computers, Credit Cards, Debt Consolidation, Diet, Entertainment, Family, Finance, Free Stuff, Gambling, Games, Health, Hobbies, MLM, Recreation, Shopping, Sports, Travel, Webmasters). And, depending on the type of traffic you order, we may even be able to target more specifically than the categories above. Whenever possible, a professional marketing staff member will review and create a more specific target area based on your site content.

How do you control or count the traffic you send to my website... and where's the proof if this?
 - Or - I don't see the thousands of referring pages for your visitors in my website's stats records?
Answer: Visitors are routed through one of several third party traffic delivery systems before they ever reach your website. Most web hosts provide you with site stats or a hit counter... you can see proof of this in your web site's visitors stats. You will see our traffic coming from "visit-tracker" ,  "tserve" , "trafficserver" or similar, rather than directly from our website or other websites. This is an outside, third-party, visitor tracking and filtering system that we use to ensure accuracy. In this way, we can count every visitor and block visits from people outside of your target geographic or interest area. And, being tracked by a third party system eliminates any reason for you to receive false clicks or fake traffic as they simply have no incentive to cheat you.

Can I change my category after I've signed up?

Will I be able to view stats or control my traffic at all?
Answer: YES. All clients get free live stats & control panel! When your traffic campaign starts, you will receive an email with a link to your stats page, a username, and password to login. You will also be able to use this login area to do all, or most of the following, depending on your traffic category:

Check your Delivered Visits. (Shows how many visitors we have sent you thus far)

Enter 0 for Daily Traffic limit or "freeze" to temporarily stop traffic while you change your site, if website is down, etc...
Change URL any time if you want to direct visitors to other websites. (You may have to email us to do this on certain traffic orders)
